UKCCF Member Offer: Free Voice of the Customer (VoC) Solution for Three Months!

Working in partnership with the MWS Group, the UKCCF is delighted to open up this free trial to its full UK membership. We worked with MWS on our first VoC Awards programme earlier this year, with Choice Hotels winning the award for the highest customer-driven CSAT scores. The MWS Group has now agreed to open up their CSAT Central Application to our full member base, without charge, for a three month trial.

The CSAT Central application enables contact centres to carry out unlimited post-interaction customer satisfaction surveys across voice, email, chat and social media channels. All customer scores and comments are delivered to a real-time wallboard, tracking question scores, agent performance and streaming customer comments. There is also a raft of management information available in the live data overview and reporting sections.

Whether you want to measure NPS (Net Promoter Score), CES (Customer Effort Score) or any other form of customer feedback, the surveys can be tailored, across channel, to give you all the KPIs and customer-driven feedback that you could possibly desire.
