Our live data overview provides a tabular view of all scores and comments. The survey data can be filtered by date, channel, campaign and agent to provide a matching subset to review. All filtered data can then be exported as CSV.
There are a range of performance and comparison reports available to view online, as PDF or exportable as CSV. Reports can automatically be emailed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Real-time alerts can be configured for each campaign.
